Our services within this category encompass, but are not limited to:

• Transportation and Event Support: Assisting with transportation to and from community events and activities.
• Community Activity Access: Facilitating the discovery and access to community-based activities and events.
• Social Connection and Relationship Building: Providing guidance in building and nurturing social connections and relationships within the community.
• Volunteer Opportunities: Encouraging and facilitating volunteer work within the community.
• Education and Training Access: Supporting the pursuit of community-based education and training opportunities.

We work closely with our Participants and collaborate with their support networks, including Occupational Therapists and Mainstream supports, to identify their interests and objectives for community participation. Our Support Coordination team plays a crucial role in connecting them with the most suitable community-based activities and events tailored to their needs.

Our Direct Support Workers are equipped with the necessary training to provide personal care and support, with a strong emphasis on promoting independence and social inclusion. They stand ready to offer support and guidance to our Participants across a variety of community settings, ensuring that their experiences are both positive and meaningful. We acknowledge that community participation can be challenging for some individuals with disabilities, which is why we adopt a flexible and person-centered approach. We actively engage with our Participants, striving to understand their evolving needs and adapting our support as required.
